At the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. G. VanOrtwlek on June 24, 11102, Mr.

Arthur E. Brandt and Miss Inez M. VanOrtwick were married, Rev. Taylor of Wheatland otliciating in the presence of a large crowd of friends and relatives. It was just 12:30 when the bride, escorted by the groom, marched into the room to the inspiring wedding march, followed by the bridesmaid, Miss Ida VanOrtwick, and groomsman, Mr, Earl Hoffman.

The bride looked very pretty in a beautiful dress of cream cassimere; she wore a vail which fell in beautiful folds to the floor. The groom was dressed in black. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs.

Brandt will leave Thursday afternoon for a wedding trip to the Blattenberg ranch on the head of Bates creek. They will be at home to their friends after July 10th at their home near Moore, Wyo. Many of the people who have lived here for a number of years are well acquainted with Miss Calkins, and they are sure the entertainment will be high-class and that the talented young ladies will have a good audience.
