Casper, Wyo. Monday, July 1, 1991 OBITUARIES Harry A. McDaniel Dorothy Lucille Stoll 1944. He retired in 1963. Mr.

McDaniel was a member and former elder of the First Wyoming United Presbyterian Church. He was a charter member of the Torrington Volunteer Fire Department and he was also a member of the Goshen County Historical Society. He is survived by three daughters: Roberta Noble of Vancouver, Vena Runyan of Loveland. and Betty Jo Hertzler of Veteran: two sons, Ward E. MeDaniel of Pella, Iowa, and Robert McDaniel of Boulder, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-children.

He was preceded in death by his wife. who died in 1984. and by two sisters and two brothers. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery. A memorial has been established by the First Wyoming United Presbyterian Church.

Friends may call at the Colyer Funeral Home from 1 to 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. The Colyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

93, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First Wyoming United Presbyterian Church by Rev. Larry Armstrong. Mr. McDaniel died June 29, 1991, at Goshen County Memorial Nursing Home.

He was born March 5, 1898, to William E. and Gertrude F. (Austin) McDaniel in Missouri. When he was two, the family moved to the Whitcomb Ranch near Chugwater and later to the Hat Ranch near Wheatland. They moved to Torrington in 1908 when his father purchased the Dray Line and Bulk Station for the Continental Oil Company.

After his father died in an accident. Mr. McDaniel ran the business for a while. On Dec. 22.

1920. he married Maud A. Bright at her parent's farm near London Flats. The McDaniels farmed near Yoder and on London Flats until The Depression forced them to move to Torrington in 1936. Mr.

McDaniel worked at the Holly Sugar factory and served with the Torrington Police force before becoming a driver for Safeway in friends, in-laws or grandchildren except under certain circumstances. Special notices of the times of services, and cards in memoriam, are published separately as a paid notice from the family.
