Hough of Sheridan, grand chief graybacic of Wyoming, will make her annual visit to the Casper Roosterette Cootiette Club on Tuesday, Sept. 18. The club is planning a cocktail-banquet meeting at the Gladstone Hotel with the cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the banquet at 7 p.m. All Casper members and Glen-rock Cootiettes are invited to attend.
