Anthony's Parish Center Polka Club 7-9 p.m. American Legion. and one brother. Survivors Include his wife Mertls of Casper; twin daughters, Mrs. Steve (Marie) Spethman and Mrs.

Marian Daniels, both of Casper; two sons, Ames of Casper and Vere of Shoshonl; two brothers, Al of Helena, and Murray of Casper; two sisters, Helen Smelser of Riverside, and Hazel Jackson of Foreston, and nine grandchildren. Flowers or memorials the Blue Envelope Cancer Fund would be equally appreciated by the family. The casket will remain closed at all times. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Tomorrow George Black of the Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.

Mr. Richards died late Thursday evening at Natrona County Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained In a single vehicle accident west of Casper. He was born Feb. 27, 1955 at Lexington, Neb. When he was a year old he moved to Casper where he was raised and attended Casper grade schools and Natrona County High School.

In 1968, he moved to California, where he lived In Orange County until returning to Casper In 1975. On Oct. 18, 1975, he married Donna Markell at the Trinity Lutheran Church In Casper. The last five years, he has been employed by Whltlock Trucking In Casper. Mr.

Richards was baptised In the Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors Include his wife and one son, Jasun, both of Casper; his mother and step-father, Darlene and Jack Whltlock of Casper; his father, Rudy Richards, Romona, one brother, Rick Richards, Costa Mesa, two stepbrothers, Ken Whltlock and Jack Whltlock, both of Casper; two step-sisters, Mrs. Vlckl Erllti of Casper and Susan Richards of Romona, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Burial will be In Highland Cemetery. PUBLIC EVENTS BUS 9 a.m.-l p.m.

Hughes, prominent lawyer of Sundance, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Sundance. Burial will follow In Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Mr.

Hughes died at his home early Saturday of an apparent heart attack. He was born July 5, 1923 at Moorcroft, the son of Clyde and Winnie Torbet Hughes. He was raised and educated In Moorcroft, graduating from Moorcroft High School and the University of Wyoming. During World War II, he served with the U.S. Army in the tank corps in France and Germany.

He established a law practice in Sundance in 1951 and shortly thereafter served as an attorney for the U.S. Postal Dept. In Washington, D.C. On his return to Sundance in 1956, he Joined the law firm of Otis Reynolds, later- taking over the practice. His son, Mark Hughes, had recently Joined the firm.

He had married Carol Woods In Sheridan and she died In 1976. In 1980, he married Ann Duncan. Mr. Hughes was a member of the Episcopal Church, the American and Wyoming Bar Associations, and was a past chairman of the Northeastern Mental Health Assn. Besides his first wife, he was preceded In death by his mother in 1967.

Survivors Include his wife Ann of Sundance, three sons, Mark and Hoby of Sundance, and Michael of Gillette; three daughters, Carla Hughes of California; Robin Hughes of Laramie, and Leslie Hughes of Sundance; one stepson, Gregg Duncan, and one stepdaughter, Mrs. Mark (Belinda) Hughes, both of Sundance; his father, Clyde of Moorcroft; two brothers, Willis and Jack, both of Moorcroft and one sister, Wilms Dobbins of Moorcroft, and three grandchildren. A memorial has been established. Fiddler-Roberts Northeastern Wyoming Funeral Home Is In charge of 5 CASPER Services for Oatls G. Palmer, 67, will be held at 1 p.m.

Tuesday at Memorial Chapel. Dr. John E. Williams of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Mr.

Palmer died Friday at Shepherd of the Valley Care Center foUowing a long illness. He was born March 7, 1914 in Hebron County, Minn. He had attended Casper schools. On Oct. 16, 1942, he married Mertls Wenneson In Coeur Alene, Idaho.

Mr. Palmer was a construction worker for many years until 111 health forced his retirement. He was preceded In death by his parents Isabelle Co Kin BUFFALO Graveside services for Isabelle Colvln, 89, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Bethel Cemetery In Cheyenne. Adams Funeral Home Is In charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. Colvln died Friday at Johnson County Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 22, 1891 at Upland, W.Va., the daughter of Samuel and Sophronla Sturgeon. She was raised and educated In West Virginia and Kansas, and moved with her parents to Dleti, Wyo.

at the age of 15. In June 1918, she married John R. Colvln at Sheridan. The couple moved to Cheyenne In 1919 where they both operated a grocery store until Mr. Colvln'i death In 1944.

Since that time she had lived with her daughter In Louisiana until last August, when she moved to Buffalo and resided at the Amle Holt Nursing Home. Survivors Include her daughter, Virginia Coleman of New Orleans, one sister, Oga Warrtner of Buffalo; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews Including Dorothy Sklles of Buffalo. Reed, 83, will be held at 2: 30 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of the Chimes, 1331 Sherman, Denver, Colo. Burial will be In the family plot at Crown Hill Cemetery In Denver. Mrs. Reed, formerly of Denver, died Friday evening at Poplar Living Center after a very long Illness.

She was born Nov. 6, 1897 In Louisville, Colo, where she was raised and educated. She graduated from the University of Denver with a BA In English and her Master's Degree In education. On June 4, 1924, she married Clarence A. Reed at Walsenberg, Colo.

She taught Ore. Bustard Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. The body has been transferred to Capitol Funeral Home In The Golden Odyssey intimate Funerals Denver. Spacious Llegant Winston Beard Barber EVANSTON Services for Winston Beard Barber, 73, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crandall Funeral Home.

Mr. Barber died Saturday at his home. He was born June 20, 1908 at Coalville, Utah, the son of Joseph Henry and Ethel Lovina Beard Barber. On Aua. 8, 1930, he married Etta Lucille Hellewell at Evanston.
