Casper, Wyo. Sunday, Nov. Howard-Urbigkit CASPER Julia Ann Howard and Joseph Albert Urbigkit were married Oct. 20 at the Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church with the Rev. George Walker officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. James D. Howard, 124 N. Lennox, and Mr.

and Mrs. Albert Urbigkit, 2261 W. 41st. The bride wore a street length dress of rust colored felt and a corsage of white orchids. Attending the couple were Jean L.

Howard, the bride's sister, and Bob Urbigkit, the groom's brother. A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Assisting were Trisha Laws and Mrs. James Copen. The bride graduated from KWHS and attended Casper College.

She is employed by Western Equipment Co. The groom attended KWHS and served in the U.S. Navy. He is employed by Superior Iron Works Supply. The couple is at home at El Cid Apartments, 2300 E.

GiffordDeal CASPER Gail Gifford Larry Deal will be married: Dec. 22 at St. -Mark's Episcopal Church. Parents of the couple are Betty Jo Gifford and William A. Gifford, and Mr.

and Mrs. James E. Deal, all of Casper. The bride-elect graduSated from NCHS in 1977 Sand attended the University of Wyoming. She is employed by Northern Utilities.

Her fiance is a 1976 graduate of NCHS. He is currently a student at UW. Gail Gifford Randall and Vickie Weber Lipp- PARK CITY, Utah Vickie Lea Lipp and Charles Weber were married Oct. 20 at Parr City Community Church, Park City, Utah, with the Rev. ill Davis officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Olson, 139 Marigold, Casper, and Mr. and Mrs.

William W. Weber, 3158 E. 8th, Casper. The bride wore an ivory satin crepe two-piece dress with bodice yoke embroidered in pale beige satin stitch. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses, daisies and baby's breath.

Serving as honor attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Greg Rice. A reception will held for the couple at 971 Waterford in Casper Nov. 10.

The bride graduated in 1973 from NCHS and attended Casper College. She is employed as a secretary for TWT Exploration in Park City. The groom gradauted from KWHS in 1973 and attended Casper College and the University of Wyoming. He 1 is employed by Drilco, based in Houston. The couple is at home at 432 Woodside, Park City.

Medicraft-Witcher CASPER Elene Claire Medicraft became the bride of Clyde William Witcher III Oct. 27 at North Casper City Park with Judge Stephen Davidson officiating. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. R.H.

Medicraft of Bismarck, N.D. and Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Witcher Jr.

of Casper. Attending the couple were Teresa Patrick and Felix Reyes. The bride is a 1978 graduate of Century High School, Bismarck, N.D. The groom graduated from Wheatland High School and attended Casper College. He is employed by Green Construction Casper.

Grand Junction leukemia researched DENVER (UPI) Colorado Department of Health teams began Thursday reviewing health records and conducting interviews to determine why leukemia occurs with twice the normal frequency in Grand Junction.
