OBITUARIES October 3, 2008 Michael Kane p.m. at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Rosary Service will be held on Friday, October 3 at 7:00 p.m. He died in his home on September 30, 2008. He was born on December 13, 1943 in Cody.

He later moved to Casper where he spent 46 years. He graduated from Natrona County High School in 1962. He met Alice Ruby Mora in Casper and married her September 16, 1964. He served in the Armed Forces and was stationed in Fort Guernsey. He was honorably discharged in 1970.

He worked for the City of Casper for over twenty years. He enjoyed history, reading, music, and football. He enjoyed drawing and was a very talented artist. She was born Aug 2, 1957, daughter of Frank and Lois Gore in Denver Co. They came to Casper where she went to school graduating from NCHS in '75. She attended college in Texas and Spent several years in Germany contracting for the US Government. Returning in 1986 she has made Casper her home ever since working as a Anthony's Catholic Parish and was a man of very strong faith. "Dave" Bullard, 66, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away September 26, 2008 from injuries received in a construction accident in Orange, Texas. Funeral services for Dave will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday in the StumpffNowata Funeral Home Chapel in Nowata, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Ball Cemetery at Childers, Oklahoma under the direction of the Stumpff-Nowata Funeral Home. Dave was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Ralph Samuel and Blanche (Goodlet) Bullard. Dave's career of 45 years was spent providing essential equipment to oil production fields in the U.S including Indonesia and many other Asian Countries.

Dave was known by all for his sense of humor and story telling. He loved hunting and fishing both deep sea and fresh water. 13, 1957, in Thermopolis, Wyoming, the daughter of Delbert Chilston and Letah Prickett. She grew up in Wyoming and graduated from Riverton High School. She moved to Austin, Texas, and graduated from Beauty School. She later moved back to Riverton, in 1993, where she met the love of her life and best friend Ray Lowry, they were married March 1994, later moved to Casper and Evelyn Coop BIGHORN COUNTY, Mont. Women's Expo starts The Wyoming Women's Expo at the Casper Events Center begins today with a keynote luncheon from executive life coach Julie Overholt at 11 a.m. Tickets are $25 each. Scooter raffle ends Saturday Kimberly's Uniforms is holding a raffle with proceeds going to the Angels program at Wyoming Medical Center Foundation, which supports cancer patients and their families. Deadline for swim signup The Casper Family YMCA will be offering Red Cross Learn to Swim lessons from October 6 through October 30. Today is the registration deadline.

The purpose of the Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program is to teach people to swim and to help them be safe when they are in, on or around water. Levels are offered at specific times, so please check with the Welcome Center to see what times are available for the levels you need. The cost is $25 for YMCA Members and $40 for Program Members (A Program Member is not a current YMCA member, but wishes to participate in programs). He attended Ft. Washakie Elementary School, Flandreau Indian School, Riverside Indian School and eventually obtained his GED. He then attended Haskell Jr. College, SIPI and CWC. He was known by all of his friends as "Doggie He enjoyed bowling, playing basketball, playing cards, teasing and joking around with everyone, enjoyed the mountains, spending time with his children and grandchildren and was an avid SciFi fan and loved Star Wars and Star Trek.

On September 19, 1950, she married Raymond Clarence Korn in Edgerton, WY. They lived in Midwest and raised three children. Raymond passed away in 1975. She married Richard Eugene Skinner in Edgerton in 1977. She enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Wade Korn of Casper and a daughter, Linda Forney of Big Piney: 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sisters Charlotte Wilson of Billings, MT.
