OBITUARIES October 3, 2008 Michael Kane p.m. at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Rosary Service will be held on Friday, October 3 at 7:00 p.m. He died in his home on September 30, 2008. He was born on December 13, 1943 in Cody.

He later moved to Casper where he spent 46 years. He graduated from Natrona County High School in 1962. He met Alice Ruby Mora in Casper and married her September 16, 1964. He served in the Armed Forces and was stationed in Fort Guernsey. He was honorably discharged in 1970.

He worked for the City of Casper for over twenty years. He enjoyed history, reading, music, and football. He enjoyed drawing and was a very talented artist. Pam died Tuesday Sept 30 after a courageous fight against cancer.

She was born Aug 2, 1957, daughter of Frank and Lois Gore in Denver Co. They came to Casper where she went to school graduating from NCHS in '75. She attended college in Texas and Spent several years in Germany contracting for the US Government. Returning in 1986 she has made Casper her home ever since working as a Anthony's Catholic Parish and was a man of very strong faith. KANE He is survived by his daughter Anjanette Kane Mosebar of Fort Collins, Colorado; Brother Dick Kane and wife Dona of Denver, Colorado; Sisters Sharon Kane of Denver, Colorado and Barbara Marty of Longmont, Colorado; and five Grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Tom, whom she married WILSON in 1994, two Sons, Martin and Travis, and her daughter Sonya Williamson, her mother Lois Smock all from Casper, and also by 4 sisters and 1 brother and 7 grandchildren. "Dave" Bullard, 66, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away September 26, 2008 from injuries received in a construction accident in Orange, Texas. Funeral services for Dave will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday in the StumpffNowata Funeral Home Chapel in Nowata, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Ball Cemetery at Childers, Oklahoma under the direction of the Stumpff-Nowata Funeral Home. Dave was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Ralph Samuel and Blanche (Goodlet) Bullard. Dave's career of 45 years was spent providing essential equipment to oil production fields in the U.S including Indonesia and many other Asian Countries.

Dave was known by all for his sense of humor and story telling. He loved hunting and fishing both deep sea and fresh water. Dave was always available to help friends and family with their most difficult jobs or chores. Sheila Jan Lowry CASPER- A memorial service for Sheila Jan Lowry, 51, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct.

4, 2008, at Church of Christ 2344 East 2nd Street, with Chuck Mathews and Brian Lombari officiating. Cremation has taken place. She died on Sept. 25, 2008, at Central Wyoming Hospice Home in Casper. She was born on Sept.

13, 1957, in Thermopolis, Wyoming, the daughter of Delbert Chilston and Letah Prickett. She grew up in Wyoming and graduated from Riverton High School. She moved to Austin, Texas, and graduated from Beauty School. She later moved back to Riverton, in 1993, where she met the love of her life and best friend Ray Lowry, they were married March 1994, later moved to Casper and Evelyn Coop BIGHORN COUNTY, Mont. Graveside committal services for Evelyn Coop, 95, will be at 11 a.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 7,2008, in Custer National Battlefield Cemetery, with Pastor Marty Rostad officiating. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, in Clearmont at the Community Church with Pastor Marty Rostad officiating.

Women's Expo starts The Wyoming Women's Expo at the Casper Events Center begins today with a keynote luncheon from executive life coach Julie Overholt at 11 a.m. Tickets are $25 each. The vendor booths and workshops begin at 4 p.m., and run until 8 p.m. tonight.

Overholt's keynote address is Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. Doors open at 9 a.m. The booths remain open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday. Tonight's highlight is "Girls' Night Out," from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., with complimentary hors d'oeuvres and wine tasting.

Two-day passes for $8 each are available at the Casper Star-Tribune. Single day tickets are available at the events center box office. Scooter raffle ends Saturday Kimberly's Uniforms is holding a raffle with proceeds going to the Angels program at Wyoming Medical Center Foundation, which supports cancer patients and their families. Grand prize is a 150 cc replica Italian scooter, which gets 80 miles to the gallon. Second prize is a custommade quilt by Shirley of Shirley's Creations.

Tickets are $25 each or three for $60. Tickets are available at Kimberly's in Beverly Plaza and at the booth at the Women's Expo. The drawing is at the Wyoming Women's Expo on Saturday. Deadline for swim signup The Casper Family YMCA will be offering Red Cross Learn to Swim lessons from October 6 through October 30. Today is the registration deadline.

The purpose of the Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program is to teach people to swim and to help them be safe when they are in, on or around water. Levels are offered at specific times, so please check with the Welcome Center to see what times are available for the levels you need. The cost is $25 for YMCA Members and $40 for Program Members (A Program Member is not a current YMCA member, but wishes to participate in programs). 28, 2008, at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, following a lengthy illness. He was born on Nov. 14, 1960, in Lander, the son of the late Victor Tex Hereford Sr. and Lillian St. Clair Hereford.

He attended Ft. Washakie Elementary School, Flandreau Indian School, Riverside Indian School and eventually obtained his GED. He then attended Haskell Jr. College, SIPI and CWC. He was known by all of his friends as "Doggie He enjoyed bowling, playing basketball, playing cards, teasing and joking around with everyone, enjoyed the mountains, spending time with his children and grandchildren and was an avid SciFi fan and loved Star Wars and Star Trek.

African children's choir performs The internationally acclaimed African Children's Choir that has been wowing audiences around the world will perform at 7 p.m., at First United Methodist Church of Casper, 332 E.

2nd Street. The Choir has been performing community concerts across North America and around the world for over 23 years, raising awareness of the plight of Africa's most vulnerable, but also showing the beauty, dignity and potential of each African child. This year Choir performed at the White House July 30, and for Her Majesty the Queen of England March 10. The children will charm concert-goers with their radiant smiles, beautiful voices and boundless energy with a mixture of traditional African songs and dances, well-loved children's favorites and familiar gospel songs. No admission charge for the concert.

Skate park festivities The Boys Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is teaming up with The Link and the City of Casper for the Grand Opening of the new skate park. The kick off will be from 7 to 11 p.m., tonight. There will be live bands, food, Pepsi products and prizes. The skate park is located behind the Boys Girls Club at 1701 East Street. On September 19, 1950, she married Raymond Clarence Korn in Edgerton, WY. They lived in Midwest and raised three children. Raymond passed away in 1975. She married Richard Eugene Skinner in Edgerton in 1977. She enjoyed doing all kinds of crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Wade Korn of Casper and a daughter, Linda Forney of Big Piney: 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sisters Charlotte Wilson of Billings, MT. Maxine Honadel and Donna Hull of Glenrock, WY. In addition to both of her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents and one son Clyde Korn..
